The Primary Section showcased its club displays from November 26 to December 17, 2024.
Theatre Club: put up two performances by two different groups on the first and last day. On November 26 they presented a hilarious performance of Chacha Chakkan Ka Gharana. This fun and lively act highlighted some common everyday problems, which were presented with humour and a light-hearted touch. The performance was a delightful way to kick off the event, engaging the audience with its amusing portrayal of relatable situations.
On December 17, they performed Faisla, which depicted a seemingly happy place where some individuals were engaged in inappropriate behaviour, such as stealing. The central message of the play, Jesi riaya, wesi hukoomat, conveyed the notion that the actions and behaviour of the people directly influence the nature of governance and leadership. Essentially, it suggested that the quality of leadership reflects the values and behaviour of the society it governs.
On November 28, the Survival Club students demonstrated essential survival skills, covering a wide range of practical life-saving skills. They presented how to survive during an Earthquake, build a Shelter, provide First Aid, and handle Emergencies such as saving someone from an electric shock, performing CPR, and managing choking and heart attacks.
The following day, November 29 was a fun-filled day, with several engaging club displays taking place throughout the day.
Puzzles Club: the little ones showcased their problem-solving skills, engaging the audience with a variety of puzzles including Jigsaw, Sudoku, and some Maze activities. The pupils shared helpful tricks and tips to assist the audience in solving the puzzles, making the experience both educational and interactive.
Scrabble and Chess Clubs: hosted heated matches, where participants showcased their strategic thinking and competitive spirit, adding excitement to the event.
Yoga Club: pupils showcased various postures, demonstrating a range of Asanas that emphasized flexibility, balance, and mindfulness, highlighting their benefits. It was a serene and calming experience, offering a glimpse into the peaceful practice of yoga.
Skating Club: pupils delivered an impressive performance, showcasing their agility and skill on wheels. They performed a series of synchronized moves, demonstrating smooth glides, spins, and jumps. Their coordination and precision captivated the audience.
STEAM Club: showcased their talents in the corridor, turning the space into a vibrant display of creativity and learning. Pupils exhibited innovative projects combining science, technology, engineering, art, and math, sparking curiosity and interest among the audience.
Clay and Pottery Club: displayed beautifully crafted pieces, showing their skills in shaping clay and using the pottery wheel. They demonstrated how raw clay is transformed into art and functional pottery.
Gardening Club: displayed a variety of plants, highlighting eco-friendly practices and the importance of nature, creating a serene atmosphere that connected creativity with the environment.
The Taekwondo Belt Promotion was held on December 13, where pupils demonstrated their skills and were recognized for their progress by advancing to higher belts. It was a moment of celebration for their hard work and dedication.
Throughout the duration of the club exhibits, pupils had the opportunity to learn valuable lessons in collaboration, creativity and teamwork, making the event both enriching and enjoyable. It provided a platform for pupils to showcase their talents while also fostering a spirit of shared learning and collective growth.
