Connect, Create, and Collaborate – Club Displays

The Secondary Section students showcased their club displays from November 18th to 27th, 2024. The Photography Club kicked off the event with a display of monochrome, architecture, and miniature-themed pictures, accompanied by thought-provoking short films addressing pressing social issues including bullying and peer pressure. The Scrabble and Chess Club students set up interactive games for their peers to participate in, and exhibited the tricks that they learnt. The visiting students were pleased with the hand-make appreciation notes that were handed over to them on winning the games. The Sports Club displayed an exciting basketball match on day 1, which kept the audience on the edge of their seats.

On November 25th, the Craft Club showcased their creativity with painted and embellished pots, tote bags, and cushions. They also prepared jute letters of the Alphabet for the school’s upcoming 70th birthday celebration, demonstrating their thoughtfulness. The STEAM Club impressed everyone with their engaging and interactive display, featuring a buzzer game – the quiz board was the highlight of the day. The Taekwondo Club students exhibited their strength and skills with great enthusiasm, while the Gardening Club’s ongoing display of pots with seeds and favorite pizza toppings was visually appealing for everybody. The Sports Club displayed a thrilling throw ball match to mark the end of the day, which the students thoroughly enjoyed, cheering for their favorite teams.

On the final day, November 27th, the Yoga and Zumba Club displayed their poses with great effort and elegance during the morning assembly, setting an energizing tone for the day. Throughout the duration of the club exhibits, students had the opportunity to learn valuable lessons in collaboration, creativity, and teamwork, making it a truly enriching and enjoyable experience.
