Syeda Ayesha Hussain and Nabiha Faraz Year 8D, were selected to perform at the 22nd Annual Festival of the All Pakistan Music Conference (APMC), Karachi, held on April 11, 2025, at the National Museum Auditorium, Karachi.
Earlier this year, Syeda Ayesha Hussain, Easha Tauqeer, and Nabiha Faraz were nominated by the school for the auditions, where renowned musicians judged their performances. Following the auditions, Ayesha and Nabiha were shortlisted to perform at the main event.
Both students selected classical songs falling under the Khayal category. Ayesha performed Latt Uljhi Suljha Ja Re Baalam (Raag Bihaag) while Nabiha sang Kon Karat Teri Binatti Piherva (Raag Bageshri.) They were accompanied by Fatima Meraj Year 8B,who played the harmonium with great skill and confidence, drawing the attention of the audience.
The outstanding performances of our students were warmly appreciated, and they were awarded certificates in recognition of their talent.
