The International Day of Mathematics (IDM) Theme for 2025 is: Mathematics, Art & Creativity and it celebrates the creativity found in mathematical discovery and art. This annual event recognizes the importance of maths in our daily lives and encourages students to explore the Art, Beauty and Complexity of mathematics. On Friday March 14, 2025, our school community came together to celebrate IDM. Our teachers and children had worked tirelessly over the last couple of weeks to prepare for IDM and to create an engaging and interactive maths experience for all.
Students and teachers participated in various maths-related activities, such as: quizzes, interactive games and puzzles, maths in constellations, a live museum and maths-themed jingles. The excitement was palpable as students showcased their skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
