Inna Lillahi wa Inna Ilayhi Raje’oon

We are deeply saddened by the loss of one of our dearest colleagues, Sir Tariq Masood. He was a gem of a person, a delightful human being with a great sense of humour and needless to say, he was a wonderful teacher. His contributions in polishing the mathematical skills of his students will be remembered and celebrated by all. He was very popular among his students, colleagues, junior staff and management for his positivity and cheerful manner.

We were truly fortunate to have worked with Tariq Sahab and experienced the warmth in his smile each day, his generosity and helpfulness and his cheerful daily greeting in the morning. No matter the occasion, happiness or sorrow, he was always there when others needed him.

This brave soul had been suffering for many years but he fought his prolonged illness with courage and the endless support of his dear companion, Ms. Shama Masood and his children. May Allah grant him a special place in Heaven and give strength to his family to bear this irreparable loss.
