It is mandatory for you to read up and educate yourself about the PECHS Girls’ School from our website.
There will be no admission tests for Years 1 and 2, only parent interviews will be conducted.
This shift in the approach to admissions has been made primarily because we believe that:
- All children can learn.
- Admission tests do not always give schools a true picture of a child’s ability.
- It is the school’s responsibility, with the support of the parents, to provide the right kind of environment and opportunities to help every child learn and reach their potential.
However, we, like all other schools have limited seats and no matter what we do, some of the parents will go away unhappy.
We urge you to think seriously about the school you want your daughter to attend. She will
spend the next ten years of her life in school.
Finding the right place is a big decision. To facilitate you in making this important decision, we organise an Open House for you so that you can visit before applying for admission. We would like you to come and observe our classrooms in action and then we provide you with the opportunity to ask questions, in order to gain further clarity about anything you didn’t
understand. This process will help you make an informed decision about admitting your child to our school.
Eligibility Criteria
In order to determine whether your child is eligible for admission in the next Academic Year, please refer to the table below. You must make sure that your daughter was born anytime between January and December in the year corresponding to the Year/Level you wish to apply for.

Admission Procedure
There are three steps to be followed.

Documents Required for Admission:
Parents, are required to submit ALL the following documents at the time of registration:
- A clear valid copy of both parents’ CNIC.
- A copy of the child’s NADRA Birth Certificate or Smart Card.
- A copy of the updated NADRA Family Registration Certificate (FRC).
- Recent passport-sized photographs as applicable:
• Child: One (1) • Mother: One (1) • Father: One (1)
- Proof of father’s, mother’s and/or guardian’s source of income as applicable.
For example: salary slip from workplace/monthly income on business letterhead, photocopies
of income generating certificates, rent (agreement copy) online ventures, whatever the case
maybe.
The Registration Procedure for Admissions will start from October 20, 2025
- Parents can see how we teach and learn at the PECHS Girls’ School. You may attend an
Open House session during a scheduled time slot. Your queries, if any, will be addressed
after classroom observations. Please note, this is not mandatory. Please also note that this step of the process is for parents who are seeking admission for their children in Year 1 only.
- Please note children are strictly not allowed to attend the Open House.
- Open House Dates: October 20 – 23, 2025
Timings: Between 9.00 – 11.30 am
Classroom Observation: Between 9.00 – 10.00 am
Question & Answer Sessions: Between 10.00 – 11.30 am

- Collection of Registration Forms
- Registration Forms will be issued from October 20, 2025.
- The last day to collect the Registration Form is November 19, 2025.
Please bring your daughter’s original certificates along with a photocopy when you come to collect the Registration Form.
- NADRA Birth Certificate, or
- NADRA Smart Card, or
- Family RegistrationCertificate (FRC)
Please Note: The form can be issued on the basis of any of these certificates, but at the time
of submission, parents must provide the
- FRC
- NADRA Birth Certificate or Smart Card
The FRC is the final document, and your child’s name and date of birth will be recorded as
stated on the FRC. No changes to the name or date of birth will be allowed later.
Submission of Registration Forms
You must submit the Registration Form within three (3) days (Including Saturday) of the form issuance along with the required documents mentioned in the registration form.
- Parents’ Interview Process
The list of Shortlisted Candidates will be put up on our website on December 30, 2025.
- Children applying for Years 1 and 2 will not be tested or interviewed. Only parents will be interviewed.
- It is mandatory for both parents to be present at the time of the interview.
- Parents’ Interviews will be held between January 2026 – April 2026.
- Interview Date and Time will be notified via SMS/Email.
- Subject to availability of seats, List 2 of Shortlisted Candidates, will be sent to parents via
SMS/email in the Third week of April/May 2026.
- Admission Form Procedure
- Admission Forms will be issued between January 2026 – April 2026.
- Based on their interview, selected parents will be given the Admission Form. Digital Fee
Payment Instructions will be shared simultaneously at the School’s Fee Collection Counter.
- Parents, will have six working days (including Saturday) to submit the Admission Form along with the Required Documents (see list below) at the Fee Collection Counter and to pay admission dues online.
- Completing the procedure mentioned above will confirm the child’s admission.

- School Leaving Certificate
- Child’s last paid Fee Challan of existing school
Please Note
Parents must bring the following Original Documents with them on the day of the interview. This is mandatory. Without the papers, the interview may not take place.
- Child’s Original NADRA Birth Certificate or Smart Card.
- Original Updated NADRA FRC.
- CNIC of both parents.
- It is mandatory for both parents and the child to be present at the time of the interview.
- Parents will not be permitted on campus without prior appointment.
- Incomplete applications will not be processed.
- Issuance of the Registration Form does not guarantee admission.
- All details and data must be true and accurate. No changes in the date or year of birth, or surname will be made under any circumstances throughout the child’s association with the School, especially at the time of submitting the documents to the AKU-EB for Year 9. Please think this through carefully before submitting the child’s NADRA FRC.
- Parents are reminded not to attempt using any influence or contacts to circumvent the
normal admission process. Doing so may result in immediate disqualification of their child.
- Dues paid at the time of Admission are non-refundable.
- We trust that parents will understand that seats are limited and we are unable to offer
admission to all the applicants.
- We are not bound to grant admission to siblings as per policy.
Timings for collection and submission of forms is as follows:
Monday to Thursday & Saturday: 09.00 am – 04:00 pm
Friday: 09.00 am – 12:00 noon & 03.00 pm – 04:00 pm
After 4:00 PM, the office will be closed for public dealing.
