Qualifications:

Bachelors in English or Education

Masters in English will be preferred.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of the English language arts curriculum and teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in classroom management and student engagement techniques

Teaching Experience: Teaching at a reputable school for at least 3 years to grades 4 and 5

Basic responsibilities:

1. Preparing lesson plans based on active learning and engaging pupils.

2. Bring in critical thinking through teaching.

3. Can perform all the assigned tasks with proficiency.

4. Is tech-savvy

5. Has a comprehensive understanding of the National Curriculum and has experience in taking assessments and designing exam papers.

6. Understand pupils of this age group and interact with them positively. Give individual support as and when needed.

7. Is an organised, keen observer, ready to take challenges and take feedback positively

8. Will manage the events given by the school and can contribute efficiently to the school clubs.

9. One is willing to share and work well in the team.

10. Willing to develop and enrich professional skills and knowledge by attending Continuous Professional Development sessions and workshops.
