Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced DCC Caregiver for our school’s Day Care Centre (DCC). The ideal candidate will look into daily operations, manage DCC staff, and ensure a nurturing environment for the children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the DCC.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate activities for children.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of children at all times.
• Communicate effectively with mothers.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Manage day care resources efficiently.

Requirements:

• Experience in Day Care management.
• Passion for working with children
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with children, staff, and mothers.
• Knowledge of child development stages
• Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt to new situations and challenges
