Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English Language and Literature with a focus on developing comprehension, analytical, and interpretive skills.
• Implement lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of students in the relevant Years.
• Foster and develop critical thinking skills in students through discussions, text analysis, and creative expression.
• Foster and develop critical thinking skills in children
• Interact positively with children, creating a nurturing and supportive classroom environment.
• Provide individual learning support when needed.
• Perform all assigned tasks with proficiency and dedication.
• Utilise technology effectively to enhance the learning experience.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of the National Curriculum and incorporate it into daily teaching practices.
• Be organised, a keen observer, ready to take on challenges and open to receive and implement feedback.
• Work cooperatively and share responsibilities with the team to create a cohesive environment.
