Qualification:

Graduate

Preference will be given to:

• Early Childhood Educator
• Bachelors in Education
• Experience of teaching similar Years (classes)
• Well-spoken in English Language

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare lesson plans that incorporate active learning techniques to engage children effectively.
2. Implement lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of children.
3. ⁠Foster and develop critical thinking skills in children
4. Interact positively with children, creating a nurturing and supportive classroom environment
5. Provide individual learning support when needed
6. Perform all assigned tasks with proficiency and dedication
7. Utilise technology effectively to enhance the learning experience
8. Have a comprehensive understanding of the National Curriculum and incorporate it into daily teaching practices.
9. Be organised, a keen observer, ready to take on challenges and open to receive and implement feedback.
10. Work cooperatively and share responsibilities with the team to create a cohesive environment.
