Assistant Admin for Primary Section (Female Only)
Job Summary
The Assistant Admin supports the Primary Headmistress in managing the day-to-day operations of the Primary Section (Years 1–5), ensuring smooth administration, effective communication, and alignment with the school’s values and standards.
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
– Prior administrative or leadership experience, preferably in a school system
– Professional certification or training in school or office management (desirable)

Experience
-Minimum 3 years of admin experience in a reputable organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Primary Headmistress in all administrative matters to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Oversee attendance registers and ensure compliance with related procedures.
- Ensure proper implementation of the School’s Behaviour Guidance Policy and other relevant policies.
- Facilitate inter/intra-school events and ensure timely distribution of circulars (soft/hard copies).
- Communicate with parents regarding administrative concerns via email or written correspondence.
- Coordinate demos, interviews, and recruitment tests for prospective teachers.
- Organise, maintain, and update office files and ensure relevant documentation is shared with appropriate staff.
- Handle pupil-related matters such as sickbay visits, birthdays, van issues, and library dues
- Ensure timely repair, maintenance, and cleanliness of school property and classrooms; manage stationery/materials for teachers.
- Assign and supervise teacher duties related to break time, home time, and events.
